June Point Lending does not sell, share or distribute your nonpublic personal information to outside vendors or any third parties. June Point Lending recognizes that protecting your privacy is paramount to maintaining the trust you have put in us.
June Point Lending's Collection of Personal Information
June Point Lending collects non-public information about you from some or all of the following sources:
- Applications or other forms – this includes name, address, social security number, assets, and income.
- Transactions with June Point Lending, our affiliates, or others (such as joint marketing companies in which we do business) – this includes account balances, payment history, parties to transactions and credit card usage.
- Consumer reporting agencies – this includes credit worthiness and credit history.
What June Point Lending Discloses
We may disclose all of the information we collect as described above to companies that perform marketing services on our behalf or to other financial institutions with whom we have joint marketing agreements. We may also disclose information about you under other circumstances as permitted by law. Presently June Point Marketing does not use marketing services directly to consumers.
Affiliates and Joint Marketing
June Point Lending does not presently have any affiliates so there is no sharing of non-public personal information with any affiliates. June Point Lending does share non-public personal information with companies in which we have joint marketing agreements.
Opting Out of June Point Lending Sharing of Personal Information
You do not need to register an opt out with us for limited sharing of your nonpublic personal information since we do not share, sell, or disclose nonpublic personal information with anyone. Opting out of information sharing does not include any service providers necessary to facilitate your mortgage request.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Security
June Point Lending has established high standards for protecting your information from unauthorized access, alteration or destruction that comply with Federal regulations to guard your non-public personal information.
June Point Lending employs and maintains network firewalls and other security features that are recognized as industry standards (e.g. Secure Socket Layers, password-protected logins, server logs, access control restrictions, etc.) in an effort to prevent disruption of service or loss, theft, or alteration of sensitive information. We use reasonable commercial efforts to stay current with frequent changes in security requirements.
June Point Lending restricts access to non-public information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you.
June Point Lending maintains its Privacy of Consumer Information Policy (“Privacy Policy”) to effectively comply with its obligation to protect and respect the privacy of individuals and to protect the security and confidentiality of borrower’s nonpublic personal information (“NPI”) under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (“GLBA”), FACTA and other laws, regulations and standards regarding privacy, use, and dissemination of non-public information. This policy applies to all June Point Lending employees, consultants and vendors acting on June Point Lending’s behalf.
The requirements and restrictions imposed by GLBA and FACTA are incorporated into the standard processes and procedures followed by all Operations staff. All required notices sent to borrowers undergo rigorous reviews by the regulatory and compliance vendors prior to being placed into production.
Analytics and Cookies
We use third-party analytics tools across our websites, our broker platform, and related services to understand how they are used so that we can troubleshoot technical issues, measure usage, secure our systems, and improve the experience.
These tools use cookies (small text files stored on your device) and similar technologies to collect standard internet log information and information about how you use our sites and platform. This typically includes the pages and screens you view, the links and buttons you click, your general (approximate) location, and your device and browser type. Some tools may also record and replay how you navigate and interact with our pages so that we can diagnose problems and improve usability.
When you browse our public website without signing in, this information generally does not identify you by name. When you are signed in to an account, such as our broker portal, we link this activity to your account so that we can provide support, secure the platform, and improve our services. We do not use these tools for advertising, and we do not sell this information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
You can control some of this collection in the following ways:
- Use your browser settings to block or delete cookies. Some of our tools do not rely on cookies, so this limits but may not stop all collection.
- Some browsers offer a 'Do Not Track' or Global Privacy Control setting. Because there is no common industry standard for how these signals are handled, our sites do not currently respond to them.
